Saw these in fes, at first I thought that it was graffiti.

However after having seen them in a few places with different icons in the date boxes, I'm not so sure.

If anyone knows, please leave a comment (the writing above it is probably a clear explanation, but since I can't read Arabic, my ignorance is unabated).
